My WIP this Wednesday is not of the knitting variety. It’s of the use-the-food-growing-in-the-greenhouse variety. Currently we have a massive stalk of Collard Greens that has fallen over and we’re trying to use it rather quickly and we’ve got a massive amount of Swiss Chard as well.
Our first experiment?
