This is the thirty-second in a series of installments that will highlight one of my favorite brews and which knits to go with it! None of the breweries or yarn companies are compensating me – these are just my opinions on my personal experiences!
Brew: IPA
Brewer: Mission Brewery
Malts:
Hops: Cascade, Centennial
IBU: 66
Flavors: Complex, bitter and crisp with just enough malt to keep the beer balanced and easy to drink.
Knit Pairings: This beer is kind of like lace that is only worked on one side of the project and you’ve got a wrong-side row or even-knit round to chill out, let your shoulders retreat from your earlobes (is that just me?) and come back around to being able to handle another row of focus-worthy lace.

Let me know what you think! Suggestions for future beers, more/different information to include, this is a work in progress so I won’t be offended by constructive advice!
Yum!! Sounds like my kind of beer AND knitting!!
