This is the twenty-sixth in a series of installments that will highlight one of my favorite brews and which knits to go with it! None of the breweries or yarn companies are compensating me – these are just my opinions on my personal experiences!
Brew: Hazed & Infused
Brewer: Boulder Beer Company
Malts:
Hops: Crystal, Centennial
IBU: 38
Flavors: This brew has a unique, citrus-y, floral flavor – almost like a tree…kind of. It’s got a great, strong foundation but an easy, smooth feel and is easy to drink
Knit Pairings: This isn’t the hoppiest or spiciest of brews and so I would recommend pairing it with a project that has a tiny bit of interest but not too much – no all-over cables, no two-sided lace, maybe a tiny cable turn swathed in a simple textural background.
Notes: This is another one of those summer beers that I felt the need to interject into our cold and windy winter.

Let me know what you think! Suggestions for future beers, more/different information to include, this is a work in progress so I won’t be offended by constructive advice!
